Website Build scope and terms

$499 one time, plus your subscription

The build is a separate $499 USD one-time service for one business website. An active paid Starter, Growth or Autopilot subscription is required to purchase and begin the build, and is billed separately. Complimentary access does not qualify. No automatic extra work or charges are included.

What we build

Up to five template-based pages: Home, Services, About, Reviews and Contact; a mobile-friendly layout; a working contact form; basic page titles, descriptions and search setup; and installation and testing of the Leadrivo widget. Search rankings, leads and sales are not guaranteed.

Your content and the delivery target

You supply your logo, photos, approved business information and page content, with permission to use them. After confirmed checkout, save your contact name and delivery email on the project page; a phone number is optional. Our team uses these details for project updates and delivery, not marketing. Send content or access links in your project thread. We confirm when all required material has been received. Target delivery is 7–10 business days, Monday–Friday (Central Time), after that confirmation and while your paid subscription is active. This is a target, not a guaranteed completion date; missing content, requested changes and third-party delays can affect timing.

Two revision rounds

Two rounds of consolidated feedback on the agreed design are included before launch. A round is one collected set of changes, not each individual comment. Additional rounds or changes outside the agreed scope require a separate quote and agreement before work or charges.

Costs and work outside this service

Domain registration, third-party hosting charges, paid plugins, stock assets, ongoing maintenance and later website edits are separate. Online stores, custom applications, bespoke integrations and fully custom designs are outside the $499 scope. Hosting and domain ownership are agreed with you before deployment; the $499 fee does not include a recurring hosting or maintenance service.

Subscription and ownership

The one-time fee does not pay for the Leadrivo subscription. Your subscription powers the widget and subscription features. Cancelling it does not automatically delete your delivered website or transfer ownership of your content; the widget and paid Leadrivo features stop under the subscription terms. If a subscription becomes inactive before delivery, the build may be placed on hold until it is reactivated or cancellation is resolved with support.

Final sale: no refunds on Website Builds

The amount paid for your Website Build is final sale and non-refundable once payment is confirmed, including after work begins, during review and after delivery. Receiving, accessing, copying or using a completed website does not create a right to a refund. This applies to both regular-price and discounted builds. A change of mind, a decision not to use the site, missing customer content or cancellation of your Leadrivo subscription does not entitle you to a refund of the build fee. Use the two included revision rounds to address changes within the agreed scope before launch.

This Website Build policy governs this one-time service and takes precedence over any general voluntary refund offer for subscriptions. It does not limit refunds or other remedies required by applicable law, or prevent review of billing errors such as duplicate charges. Contact support about a delivery issue or billing error. Cancelling a subscription is separate from the one-time build purchase.

This version applies only to new purchases that accept it before checkout. Earlier purchases keep their original terms; read version 1.

Payment and delivery

A project enters the build queue only after payment is confirmed by Stripe. A return from checkout alone is not proof of payment. You can follow progress and communicate in your project thread. Our team uses your saved delivery email to send your completed website; the delivered-site link is also available on the project page. Saving an email or marking a project completed does not send an automatic email. Contact support if your delivery details change after completion or your project needs a different scope. Any refund required by law or correction of a billing error is reviewed and processed by the operator, not automatically issued by this page.

Promotional pricing, when offered, is shown at checkout and does not change the included scope. The launch offer is 30% off new website build checkouts started from October 19, 2026 at 09:10:38 UTC until October 26, 2026 at 09:10:38 UTC. The build costs $349.30 during that offer; regular pricing is $499. An opened sale checkout may complete until that session expires. Website Care, domains and hosting are excluded. Existing paid purchases are not discounted retroactively.
