Website Care is a separate, automatically renewing subscription for websites built and delivered by Leadrivo. Add it after your website launches. It is not included in the $499 build or any Leadrivo plan, including Autopilot.

• One update request per paid billing month, up to 30 minutes. Change hours, prices, contact details, text or supplied photos.
• One monthly website check. A person checks that your site loads, its contact form works and your Leadrivo widget appears, where those features remain active.
• Tracked requests and replies. See progress and the actual check findings here. Initial responses to update requests are due within two business days, Monday–Friday, Central Time; completion timing depends on the request and access.

Unused time does not roll over. Hosting, domains, new pages, redesigns, custom features, emergency support and ongoing monitoring are separate. We agree any extra work and price with you first.

Care does not replace your Leadrivo subscription. Your widget and other Leadrivo features still require their own active plan. Cancelling one subscription does not cancel the other or delete your delivered site.
